Dan Curtis has served churches and other non-profit organizations for over 40 years. He understands the unique issues relating to institutional growth and has a passion to see organizations maximize their potential. A CPA by profession, Dan has assisted organizations in obtaining more than $700 million in long-term financing - without a single default.

Jeff Floyd has been a leader in strategic planning for college and university, religious and other non-profit institutions. He has the ability to achieve consensus and order from diverse groups with differing agendas, and has the keen ability to clarify the essence of a problem, making way for solutions. He is a catalyst for decision-making and has consulted internationally on strategic facilities planning. Floyd brings a sustained track record of balancing scope, quantity and quality to achieve the client's goals.

Dan Curtis has been recognized as one of the leading
financial consultants for churches and for long-term care for over forty years. He has also consulted with over 200 churches and religious organizations. His efforts include strategic and ministry planning, staffing and organizational analysis, and capital project development. He has served as either president or chief executive officer of accounting firms, research & development companies, a church architectural firm, real estate investment interests.
Dan Curtis also has been involved in leasing, acquisition, development, ownership of over $100 Million of senior care facilities and in securing approvals for certificates of need for senior health care projects. Dan has also owned and operated senior care facilities.
Mr. Curtis has assisted many churches and other non-profit organizations obtain funds for project development. Dan has had funding responsibility for over $600 Million in financing for such projects without experiencing a default. His emphasis has been in the development of religious facilities, as well as financing health care projects and specialty real estate development.
Significantly, he also has served as senior administrative officer for several of the largest churches in the U.S., including First Baptist/ Atlanta (for Dr. Charles Stanley) and First Baptist/Woodstock, GA (for Dr. Johnny Hunt). He knows church. His church-related clients include Southern Baptist, United Methodist, Episcopalian, Presbyterian (PCA and USA), Church of God, Christian, Nazarene, Christian Missionary Alliance, Lutheran and many non-denominational churches.
Dan Curtis and his wife Gay live in Destin, Florida, while their daughter, Anna, attends Florida State University. He has two other married children, Lee and Joseph, and eight grandchildren. Dan currently attends Destin United Methodist Church.

For more than 40 years, Jeff Floyd has been a leader
leader in providing innovative planning, architectural and development services, focusing on strategic planning and the shepherding of complex projects for more than 100 church, campus, healthcare civic and corporate clients in the U.S. and
internationally, with over 60 million square feet of facilities. Floyd brings a $2+ Billion track record for balancing scope, quantity and quality to achieve the client’s goals. He also has experience developing senior care communities for churches across the Southeast.
Previously, Mr. Floyd was President of John Portman & Associates, with offices in Atlanta, Shanghai and Mumbai. He led projects up to $400 Million, in Beijing, Shanghai, Hyderabad, Warsaw, Taiwan, as well as in Ft. Worth, Schaumburg and Charlotte. Prior to joining Portman, Mr. Floyd served as Managing Partner of Sizemore Floyd Architects of Atlanta. Mr. Floyd directed the overall programming and master planning for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta and the conceptual design for Centennial Olympic Park. He was selected similarly to direct an international team to provide planning for the 1998 Asian Games in Bangkok, Thailand.
Jeff's projects include creating new campuses for the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, the Thailand Institute for Science and Technology Research, First Baptist Church/ Atlanta, New Birth Missionary Baptist Church, Atlanta, Gwinnett University Center- the Georgia University System’s “Benchmark Campus for the 21st Century”. Strategic plans include the State of Georgia’s Strategic Space Analysis Plan, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Jeff's church-related clients include Southern Baptist, United Methodist, Episcopalian, Presbyterian (PCA and USA), Christian Missionary Alliance, Lutheran and many non-denominational churches. Other clients include West Virginia University, Georgia State University, Auburn University, Morehouse College.
Jeff was elevated into the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects for his “…pioneering of energy and architectural programming and planning systems.”
Jeff and his wife Katherine have three children and five grandchildren. He is a Baptist Deacon, served as Co-Chair of Dunwoody Baptist Church’s Vision Task Force and as Chair of its Building Committee, plus similar positions now with Seagrove Baptist Church.
